Strategic Stakeholder Group
The Strategic Stakeholder Group (SSG) was set up to ensure that Solent stakeholders are able to input their knowledge and expertise into the SEMS Annual Management Report.
The Strategic Stakeholders will:
- Be informed of progress on the implementation of the SEMS management scheme through direct correspondence, Solent EMS website and articles in the Solent Forum's monthly enews and biannual Solent news.
- Be informed of the results of the ongoing monitoring programme on the condition of the site.
- Be asked to provide relevant information i.e. on the management and impact of activities in the SEMS.
- Provide feedback to the management group on key actions and management of strategic issues.
In addition Topic Groups may also be used as a mechanism for future stakeholder involvement, and those with an interest will be contacted when a group is formed.
